CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

This Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Christine Van Diest / ChristineVanDiest.com (“Facilitator”) and the undersigned participant (“Member”) in connection with participation in the Masterpiece Women’s Peer Group (“Group”).

1. Purpose of the Group

The Group exists to provide a trusted, confidential environment for women to grow in business, leadership, marriage, faith, health, parenting, and personal life. Members may share sensitive, personal, financial, relational, spiritual, or business information. Confidentiality is essential to the integrity and effectiveness of the Group.

2. Definition of Confidential Information

“Confidential Information” includes, but is not limited to:

  • Personal stories, struggles, or experiences shared by Members

  • Business, financial, or professional information

  • Marriage, parenting, health, or spiritual matters

  • Opinions, emotions, insights, or vulnerabilities expressed during sessions

  • Written materials, recordings, notes, or messages related to the Group

  • The identity of other Members and their participation

Confidential Information applies whether shared verbally, in writing, electronically, or in any other format.

3. Confidentiality Obligation

Member agrees to:

  • Not disclose, share, repeat, or reference any Confidential Information outside the Group

  • Not use Confidential Information for personal, professional, or commercial gain

  • Not discuss another Member’s story, identity, or experience with spouses, friends, colleagues, or on social media

  • Protect the privacy and dignity of all Members at all times

The standard is simple:

What is shared in the Group stays in the Group.

4. Permitted Sharing

Members may share:

  • Their own personal experiences and learnings, provided no identifying details of other Members are disclosed

  • General insights or principles learned, without referencing specific people or stories

5. No Recording or Distribution

Members may not record (audio, video, screenshots) Group sessions or distribute Group materials without written permission from the Facilitator.

6. Exceptions

Confidentiality does not apply to information that:

  • Is already publicly known through no fault of the Member

  • Is required to be disclosed by law (in which case, Member agrees to notify the Facilitator when legally permissible)

7. Term

This Agreement remains in effect during participation and indefinitely thereafter, even after a Member leaves the Group.

8. Breach

Member acknowledges that a breach of this Agreement may cause irreparable harm to other Members and to the Group. The Facilitator reserves the right to:

  • Remove a Member from the Group without refund

  • Pursue any remedies available under law or equity

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Acknowledgment & Spirit of the Agreement

This agreement is not about fear or control, but about trust, safety, and honoring the sacred space we create together. By signing below, Member affirms her commitment to uphold this Agreement in both letter and spirit, protecting the vulnerability, dignity, and stories of every woman in the Group.

Electronic Acknowledgment

By submitting this form electronically, I acknowledge that I understand and agree to all terms contained herein. I understand that this Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement may not be modified orally and that electronic submission constitutes my legal signature.
