My longtime friend, Christine Van Diest recently started her own business as a health and fitness coach. She is an experienced Crossfit instructor and competitor. I signed up for her monthly training plan and I am happy to say that I just completed my 6th week! Every week, I receive a customized work out plan that fits within my goals and my schedule. It has pushed me out of my comfort zone and I have achieved gains that I didn't expect in such a short period of time.
